 I only work on 12-volt and 24-volt Webasto DBW-2010 burners. 
This is the model used in all of the Aqua-Hot units that use Webasto.

  Webasto Burner Details

Option 1 – Brand New Unit

I will ship brand new Webasto burner with new control box to you tested and ready to be installed. 

My price is here:  Parts - RV Hydronic Heater Repair - Webasto-Burners-New and Refurbished    I will pay up to $500 for your rebuildable core  ***(see core charge note below)

I will pay ground shipping.  Expedited / Overnight shipping is available.   I can usually get unit shipped same day as outlined, here: Shipping Policy.

Core charge promptly paid when rebuildable core returned.

180 day exchange warranty with rebuilt unit or repair.

Option 2 – Outright Sale / Fixed Price

I will ship rebuilt Webasto burner head with or without control box to you ready to be installed along with (optional) install tool kit consisting of tools needed for swap out.  If desired you will ship your Webasto unit and tools back to me within 10 days for core charge refund.

I will pay ground shipping.  Expedited / Overnight shipping is available.  I can usually get shipped same day if ordered prior to noon.

       Fixed Price  - This is a perfect option to purchase a spare Webasto.

180-day exchange warranty with rebuilt unit.

Option 3 – Advance Replacement

I will ship rebuilt Webasto burner head with control box to you ready to be installed along with install tool kit consisting of tools needed for swap out.  You will ship your Webasto unit and tools back to me within 10 days.

I will pay ground shipping.  Expedited / Overnight shipping is available.  I can usually get unit shipped same day as outlined, here: Shipping Policy.

I will rebuild your unit for a flat fee of $200 plus parts needed at Aqua-Hot list prices.  Final price will not exceed the fixed price above.

Deposit - $1950.00.  Unused funds promptly refunded when your unit is rebuilt and tools returned.

180-day exchange warranty with rebuilt unit.

Option 4 – Advance Replacement + Rebuild Your Unit and Return.

I will ship loaner Webasto burner head with control box to you ready to be installed along with install tool kit consisting of tools needed for swap out.  You will ship your Webasto unit back to me I will rebuild it, test it for proper operation and ship it back to you.  You would then swap out your rebuilt unit for the loaner unit and return it to me along with the tools.

I will pay ground shipping for your Webasto.  You pay actual shipping cost for loaner Webasto, both ways.   Expedited / Overnight shipping is available.  I can usually get unit shipped same day as outlined, here: Shipping Policy..

I will rebuild your unit for a flat fee of $200 plus parts needed at Aqua-Hot list prices. 

There will be an additional $ 150.00 fee for providing "Loaner Unit". 

Deposit - $1,950.00.  Unused funds promptly refunded when your unit is rebuilt and loaner + tools returned.

Option 5 – Rebuild Your Unit and Return.

You will ship your Webasto unit and control box to me I will rebuild Webasto, test it for proper operation and ship it back to you. 

I will test the unit, then get back to you with items needed and cost to rebuild.  If you decide not to have the unit repaired there is $100 charge and I will return un-repaired.

I will rebuild your unit for a flat fee of $200 plus parts needed at Aqua-Hot list prices. 

Deposit - NONE.

180 day warranty on parts replaced and labor.

Notes: 

***Core charge listed above ($500) assumes that silver control box is good.  If control box has failed, then subtract $200 ($500-$200 net $300).
 

There is extra charge for broken or missing parts that normally do not wear out or break on units returned.  For example if the blower motor cover is broken, or the blower casing is broken or there are stripped bolts in the unit.
 

• I normally have all of these items in stock and in most cases can ship the same day if ordered prior to shipping cutoff as outlined, here: Shipping Policy.

• I need to know model number of your Aqua-Hot to assure that the replacement is wired and setup correctly.

• California sales tax on parts only for all orders shipped into California. 

• Some of the parts can be extremely expensive.  Contact me and I will try to make some type of guess what the unit will need.  Please understand that I cannot tell until I test the unit exactly what it will need.

• Depending on where you are located, the overnight shipping is in the $170 range.  The complete unit boxed up for shipping weighs about 15 pounds.

• 2^nd day shipping is about ½ cost of overnight shipping.

• Tool kit consists of: ¼” ratchet handle, 10” ¼ drive extension, 10mm deep socket, 12mm open end wrench, 14mm open end wrench, and 2 fuel hose pinch off pliers.  You will supply Phillips screwdriver, a couple paper towels (fuel spill) and maybe flashlight (depending on where you Aqua-Hot is placed).
